The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and comfy rooms featuring 2 queen size beds, a large shower, and a cozy ambiance. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile to upgrade us to the honeymoon suite. Though the dining could use more variety, the location in the heart of Banff offers easy access to all attractions.
